Ugh

I work in an office of about 20 employees. I'm in the leadership team though I answer to a couple bosses.

I hate being in this intermediary position where I feel like I have to make everyone happy. I feel like I'm being pulled in all different directions without support.

I feel like I'm always getting conflicting directions and someone always has a problem with how I conduct things.

I've been contemplating going on sabbatical or even looking for employment elsewhere, though I'm not qualified to do much. The job market is terrible, so it's not a good idea for me to leave right now. Just very upset.
