High Stress Careers
There are so many high stress careers, I always wonder why any of us do those jobs.
I am a property manager and don't have anyone in my family or circle that quiet understand the stresses that it involves, I work for a small agency so can not even talk or "whinge" to anyone I work with as part of the stresses are because of them .
Who does everyone turn to when they are having "one of those days" and just wants to blurt it all out and have the other person actually understand your frustration and stress ?

Sometimes there really can be difficult days at work or in some matters, and you are right, not everyone understands this. It is very important to have someone who could help and support, but if there is no such person - remember that you are doing what you can and you are great. Praise yourself, accept that everything is not perfect, but you are trying. Even writing it all down on paper makes sense, to be honest. So good luck to you in this and hold on!
