Working as an RBT

So I don't know how many people can relate to my experiences, but I've been working as an RBT for a few months now and it's been really stressful and traumatic. I work for a good company so I've been able to go to graduate school thanks to a scholarship from my company. Because of this I feel like I can't quit at least until I graduate. Does anyone have any advice for coping with a job where my physical safety is threatened a lot? (For context I work with clients that have problems with aggression, biting and scratching mainly)

i had to look up what RBT is. Tough job, take plenty of breaks, vacations, and all the well-being things to stay sane and not burned out. In the long run, it may not be your permanent job.
