what should i draw? not to easy or hard im a beginner in art btw.

Draw the smallest simplest things you see. Don't start with people, even if you're tempted to--human anatomy is a whole field of study in itself. Stick to learning the basics of light & shade, getting to know your chosen medium, etc.

Drawing from life can be a good place to start, I know a few months ago I shared a 4-stage drawing technique (this thread) where you simply find something from around your home to look at and draw. Perhaps you could do something similar?
