Sure it is. As an expression of your inner state it works well...that's what you intended for this piece, right?
If you're concerned about realism (a lot of artists are, websearch for images of tornadoes. Download the biggest ones; they don't have to be full color, just large. Use the best images as references the next time you draw a whirlwind ripping around the tower.
