Hi!

Another Saturday, another opportunity to reflect on the past week, and what that tells us about our state of wellbeing.

And also anticipate what we expect for our current weekend.

Saturday's check-in questions point in those directions.

Here they are:

  • How have you been feeling these days?

  • How was your week overall?

  • Which were the brightest moments in your week? How did you feel about them?

  • Which were not-so-bright moments? What did you feel?

  • What do you wish to achieve this weekend?

All questions are optional. Y
ou can add any comments you wish, as they come to your mind.

I look forward to your answers!

hi, lately i've been feeling pretty down. my week was well until the middle when i was broken up with. i felt lonely, confused, defeated. that's the not-so-bright moment, but also in a way it's bright because i don't think it was something that was working out for either of us. it allowed me to see that things were wrong and that we both needed help and that was what prompted me to even join 7cups in the first place.
something i wanna achieve this weekend is to pick up a few self-care habits that i've neglected.

Hi!

Thank you for checking in!

I am sorry about the breakup.

Even if "healthy", a breakup is a huge loss.

We go through a grieving process that takes time.

Feeling down and confused with many emotions is part of it.

It takes time, so allow these feelings to be, and be patient with yourself.

Anyway, it is great that you have those insights about issues in each of you and the relationship itself. Sometimes we learn and grow through painful life lessons.

Also that you are planning to do more healthy, self-care activities.

That will help a lot, and it's good in itself.

I wish you all the best.

And look forward to seeing you soon.

Marcelo.
