1. I’m doing ok, stressed from a project but happy to have gotten it all done. 2. I really don’t have much planned, I guess just to get used to and settled into my rental house. 3. I did a good job on a writing piece so i guess that’s something. Thanks for the check in! <3

im very bad i try everyday to keep my emotions to my self and its exhausting i've told my mom how i feel and she said she would get me a therapist but she hasnt and its been almost 6 months

@lovelyWhisper66 1. How are you doing? Well, I can't say I'm doing good. I have been feeling very empty and I feel like I have to cry but then when I do I only cry for a minute or two. My anxiety is been constant the past few weeks. My chest hurts I feel like I can't breathe. Sometimes I just want to go to sleep. Sleep is calming I've gotten so much sleep sometimes I don't know how I'm getting more sleep. I've been overwhelmed to the point of having multiple mental breakdowns in an hour. I've been relying on cartoons from my childhood to concentrate on and to make life seem a bit cheerier such as Spongebob but sometimes, it's just, hard when everyone is laughing smiling being happy and I'm stuck in this trench of darkness.
2. What are your plans for this week? My family never really tells me the plans they made for the week probably because we never have any plans. I'm trying to get off my sugar addiction though, my one class in school has this giant box of candy and it's hard to resist going over there and grabbing a 420 calorie bag of butterfingers. Those are free by the way. I just don't know how to stop. I can't even stop at one.
3. What did you recently accomplish? I started making pixel Spongebob figures on graph paper.
That sounds like lots of struggles. What are you trying to do to help yourself? It is great that you are trying to cut down on sugar. It is also okay if you fail sometimes. @HelpfulSensitiveCaring
@bestVase7265 I honestly don't know what to do anymore I've been dealing with all of this for at least 4 months
I can understand how completely hopeless and overwhelming things seem. I have been there. What eventually helped me was focusing on small tasks - 15 minute intervals where I didn't feel as bad. My brain kept trying to convince me that those small moments of peace didn't matter, but they did. There are tons of things that you can do for those 15 minutes - coloring, doing puzzles, listening to music, walking, meditating, etc. So what might be on your list? @HelpfulSensitiveCaring
