Why doesn't it work?
Psychologists say that people need three things to be happy: high quality close relationship, enjoyable and challenging hobby and, lastly, pro social behavior. I have it all, in decent quantity, then, why am I not happy?
@limeOcean5805 Hello :) I think this is some what of a difficult question to answer, because there can be a number of reasons why you might still be unhappy despite having everything you want or need. Maybe lower levels of chemicals in your brain contribute. Or perhaps it's something hereditary. Maybe you don't feel fulfilled or maybe there are regrets in your past that you've tucked away? Unfortunately I think this is something that we can only answer ourselves. I'm sorry this isn't of much help.
No, nothing of those, I checked my chemical balance, I'm fulfilled, and I never regret anything
@limeOcean5805 Some people might suggest that may be something is missing on a spiritual level. It seems to be something that can be really hard to pinpoint. I hope that you're able to figure it out and that you find your happiness
Like what?
@limeOcean5805 Well , there are people who feel that true happiness can only be had through a relationship with God. That without God in our lives our souls will not know peace. Whether this is true or not, I don't know.
