I'm so tired of this Get better only to slip again I'm tired of this hit or miss I just want to feel okay again I cant breath, I cant eat, I can barely sleep, I'm so So Tired of this

@bumblebee25 Hello 🙂 I'm sorry you're struggling with all this. It is so tiring carrying the weight of depression. Having those good days wondering and worrying when it will hit again. Knowing in all probability that it will, its just a matter of time. Have you spoken with anyone? A doctor or a therapist perhaps? They may be able to prescribe something that might be of help.
