How to cope with your life being over at 34

I’m 34F, just now starting a career in marketing and advertising, I’m super talented in this field.. and will be moving to Los Angeles for a job opportunity in December.

I have no kids but I want at least 1. I went thru depression for years.. years of being broken.

I lost 70lbs that I gained over the last 2 years.. from sitting around eating and barely leaving my grandparents basement.

My beauty is coming back and my confidence is coming back.,

But I have no life.. no friends and no man. I don’t want marriage .. but would love a good partnership. These things just seem so far fetched and so far away.

I feel like it’s over and I have to accept it.

What’s some coping techniques for this

@loyalClementine4678 Hi!

Moving to a new city and starting a fresh career at 34 is amazing. It makes sense to feel lonely right now but you have so much time left to find that partnership.

Well it is usually a good idea to get a good social support system.. it will usually pay off if you are dedicated.

Hobbies are a good way to reinvigorate your life and give life meaning..

Don't let your fears and anxiety dominate you, just observe these thoughts and discover if these thoughts are valid..

Try to be involved with neighbors if possible.. Sometimes they can be a source of strength in your life..

And no it's not over, your at a new chapter in your life and you are feeling uncertainty it seems..

Good luck! 🌲
