I physically can't do anything by myself

I feel like no matter how many perfect plans I create, how many organising apps I use and how many sticky notes I have on top of my monitors I can't get myself to move. I'm just paralysed, even if I have the drive to do it my body wouldn't move. I'm only able to do things when someone helps me by telling me to do it or starting the tasks with me, and I don't know where I can get proper support for this kind of thing, because I would literally stay in bed and starve myself until someone else gave me a reason to move. I looked online for "life organising/management for hire" type of things but I haven't found anything that I specifically need.

it's literally like I have to have someone remind me and push me and check up on me if I'm doing what I am supposed to and what I want to do, I've asked my friends to do it, but every time it sort of turns out to be unreliable because obviously they have their own lives, I even offered a friend money because I wanted them to take it as seriously as a job to help me, but they've not helped either and most likely forgot too... I have so many dreams so many plans so many things I want to do, and I'm not even stressed out by them because I organised it in a way that should make it easy for me but I've got something wrong in my head that's not letting me do the simplest things.
Does anyone have any advice...? I tried everything to work it out for myself but I need other people, no matter how much I try to do it myself.

hi nao!

i'm so sorry to hear that you're feeling this way :( feeling as though we can't move is such a challenging thing to feel, and i hear you for sure. it sounds like although you're in a hard spot, you're really working to try and find ways to get better! that shows so much strength and dedication, and i'm so proud of how hard you're trying. i'm sorry to hear that your friends weren't able to provide you with that constant support and reminders that you feel will help you, but i completely understand why you feel you need other people! things can be a lot harder on our own sometimes, and having that push from others can really help boost us.

although we cannot give direct advice since we don't know the entire situation it could be harmful, but i can provide you with some suggestions that i would try myself if i was in your shoes if you'd like to check them out! have you thought about setting reminders on your device? maybe setting a reminder or alarm to remind you to do the task(s) you want to might be helpful! or what about another source of motivation you could use to help get yourself up? are there any activities or hobbies you enjoy that require some sort of movement? or maybe even a reward system, so for every task you complete, you can give yourself a reward or something of the sort as a source of motivation!

i know things are really tough for you at the moment, but all of us on 7 cups are here to support you! i hope things look up for you soon, you got this! <3
