Severe Depression
I came across 7cups today, and upon sign up there are these evaluation questions and Mine read ' 92 % Depresion Severe'
Here is a summary of my story
I fell in love with her the first time I saw her. We used to do everything together—evening walks, cooking. We were best friends, and I loved her for who she was. I would drop anything to ensure her well-being, sacrificing a lot for her. After a small fight, she ended our six-month relationship. A week later, I attempted to apologize, but she asked me to stop bothering her. Today, when I tried reaching out to apologize again, her response was heartbreaking, and she requested that I leave her alone. It's been two weeks, but I'm hurting deeply.
Ugh, I’m so sorry.. I know what it’s like to give your all to someone and them still seemingly be able to so easily walk away. It feels like having the whole plot ripped away from you in an instant. I also relate to severe depression. This is the second Christmas in a row where I was broken up with just a few weeks before. Depression feels so isolating and it feels 10x worse when someone you love abandons the connection. I don’t know your situation of course, but I will say that often times when someone gives up so easily—they don’t have the capacity to communicate through relationship problems. For some, it’s easier to walk away at the first sign of a problem than to talk about something serious. It’s an avoidant thing. It’s something she can heal but it’s not as easy as it is for open hearted and vulnerable people who feel their feelings deeply. I think you have a beautiful heart. Thank you very much. I truly needed to hear this. I'm even afraid to go outside because everything and everyone reminds me of her. I can't wait to overcome these feelings.
