25 and feeling like a failure.

Hi I’m new here. I turn 25 on september 12th and suddenly being in my late 20’s without a college degree or many friends has made me so mad at myself. I’ve been on nightshift since I was 18 too. I wonder why I’ve stayed so long. If I hadn’t would I be in college right now? Would I have more friends? It makes me want to quit my job to see the sun again. It hurts so much to think about. Any advice for someone going through a quarter life crisis?
