I was diagnosed with depression and GAD cause of my mom, It was just one thing I said in my therapy session and It goes on and on inside my head: "I don't want a war, I just want mom", I just can't over this feeling and I don't thing someone will get it easily

I'm sorry you are struggling so much and that therapy brought something painful out.

@rehab2001 awww honey I'm so sorry😥 dealing with this must be extremely hard. Little words like that can really resonate and stick with us, but it's with you cause it's your truth. I hope therapy really helps you 💖 and I hope 7 cups is providing a safe place for you 💖 gives you a giant tiny hug 💗
