Going through bad break up, kids and court involved, i haven't slept or ate right in over two weeks,panic and anxiety attacks several times a day ,i need help 🥺😭🙏 my mind and body are done ,I'm setting up a doctors appointment later today,

Panic attacks can be a bear. Sometimes getting out what is in your head by typing it to someone unknown who won't judge really helps. @Briguy1988
