Anyone who understands depression I love and care for. I’m having a very hard time, meeting with doctors, etc. Please send prayers to me.

But a good word makes it glad."

The voice of fear, worrying, doubt that is what causes you depressed... you know, self talk is important too. You must speak to yourself good word.... as God woud speak to you those words... if you are not a believer. Then still... do not give up, God loves you anyway even if you dont believe in him, and speak to yourself words of encouragement and hope and be careful what you feed on - movies, music, friends... it all affects you.
