I have always had days where I would just be down or something happened and it just ruined my day. For these two days I just been empty in a way. I didn't want to do anything, I was tired and just wanted to sleep. And like usually I would even feel sad when I had these bad days but I felt nothing. I don't know if I have depression or something else. Sometimes I think nothing can fix me and my problems are unique to me.

@charmingPal6411

I'm sorry you had a bad few days.

I understand how difficult this feels.

If it's often and consistent , it can be a bigger problem than just being sad.

It's good you could come here to open up safely 💚

It's not unique to you, do many people struggle in silence.

@helloPlace4714 yeah exactly. And then I suddenly feel happy again but then one bad thing happens and it’s back where I started

This is sooo true, I feel sad ,hopeless and stuck that I would start wondering if I would ever feel okay again , then I would feel better and I would start wondering if what I felt before was just an imagination. “Am I just being dramatic? “, then I would have times where I wouldn’t feel anything, not angry, not happy, not even sad, just tired of everything it’s so confusing

I feel like this too also yes you do have depression there's many types but it's not your fault for feeling that way it's the people world and environment your in that cause depression you need to do what's best for you and also have a support group preferably a emotional support group and in person is best if you can
