Confused and exhausted
I've been really confused with life lately. Life is going great, I got engaged back in May, I have a year left in school but im so tired. I feel alone and feel like crying and the tiniest inconveniences and I hate it. I dont know what to do and I feel like this is affecting my relationship. I dont want to throw all this on my fiancè as he is also an overthinker and I honestly dont know what im doing anymore. I dont really talk to anyone other than him either
