Buddy,I'm so sorry to hear that you're struggling with feelings of depression, fatigue, and low mood. It's completely understandable, especially when facing academic pressures like exam preparation. Please know that you're not alone, and it's essential to prioritize your mental health right now.

Here are some tips that might help:

•Make time for activities that bring you comfort and relaxation, like taking a warm bath, listening to soothing music, or practicing gentle stretches.

•Break tasks into smaller chunks, try breaking your exam preparation into smaller, manageable tasks. Focus on one task at a time to help build momentum and confidence.

•Practice self-compassion

•Allow yourself time to rest and recharge. Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night and take short breaks throughout the day.

•Regular exercise can help improve mood and energy levels. Try incorporating short walks or gentle exercise into your daily routine.

•Mindfulness and meditation

•Seek professional help,If feelings of depression persist, consider seeking help from a mental health professional. They can provide personalized guidance and support.

Remember, taking care of your mental health is just as important as preparing for your exam. Be gentle with yourself, and don't hesitate to reach out for support when you need it.Also Keep in mind that these tips are not a replacement for professional help. If you're struggling with depression or other mental health concerns, please reach out to a qualified mental health professional or a crisis helpline for support.
