Depression
I'm struggling with depression and don't know what to do I'm tired of trying
@straightforwardPark9081 I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through such a difficult time. Dealing with depression can be incredibly challenging, and it's okay to feel tired of trying. Remember, you don't have to go through this alone. It might be helpful to reach out to a mental health professional and/or a trusted friend for family member for support. They can provide guidance and a listening ear. Please take care of yourself and remember to take things one step at a time. Your well-being is important, and we care about you and are here to support you through this journey.

So am I. I hate every day I wake up breathing and I can't stop it. Please remember you are not the only one. That is my biggest struggle. I feel so alone, all the time. Please keep going. If you can't find a reason to do it for yourself, then do it for me. Do it for the promise that someday you will look back on how strong you were even though you might not think so right now. Your life isn't a movie, so don't end it. Please. Keep going.
I'm sorry you hate to wake up everyday. I would hope you could find something to look forward to. Even your favorite food or drink.
I have hit that low. I put a soda can next to my bed, so I would get up in the morning, just to enjoy it.
It always helps me to think of that old question, " If this was your last day on earth, what would you do?"
We can't off ourselves when there might be things we hope to do.
I have to remind myself of that.
Truthfully, I read your post because I am at a low right now.
But I will keep going as you asked.
I hope you do too.

I’m feeling the same way these days. After such a difficult break up I’ve been dealing with really bad depression and panic attacks. It is the hardest thing when you feel like you can’t go on, and that nothing is worth it. It takes everything to have faith in a better future when you simply cannot see or feel it. Please keep going, and please know that every day you are living and breathing is a chance at peace. People are out there who care about you, and want you to be okay.

Yes, it is a difficult, long, and painful path. I sympathize with you. Supporting yourself is very important.
