Hello, I am diagnosed with severe depression (clinical depression).

I come from a Christian family, where depression is not seen as an illness but as something 100% spiritual.

I began to notice the symptoms of my depression since I was a teenager, now I am 25 years old.

and the trigger that made me feel bad was a breakup, but when I stopped feeling for that person, I got worried and went to seek psychological help, that's when I knew I had this.

I haven't gotten better, every day that passes I feel more bad, I still don't have thoughts of suicide but I feel too bad

I feel empty, physically tired and mentally exhausted, I do not have and will not have the support of my family, to be honest I do not want to be in this place where I live.

I may have the possibility of changing cities for a few months

to try to start again, to face this without the burdens that I feel this city where I live gives me.

what should I do?
