Depression

The worst thing for me about this is, that ever after getting the help I needed and being on medications, I felt okay for a while. But now I fall back into the old patterns again, and things feel joyless. The feeling of anxiety, inadequacy, and worthlessness come crashing down on me and I can't help it. I feel it's always going to be this way. I deal with it all by myself and when my people ask me if everything's okay, I affirm, because they don't want to see me any other way or they'll subconsciously make it about themselves than me.

@Novyevna

I get what you mean.

We can pretend we are ok, because people say they care and they'll be there, when in reality, they rarely are.

Depression can sneak up on us again at anytime.

It's tiring.

It can rob us of so much.

But it can pass.

With small, manageable daily tasks that allow you to feel like you again 💚
