I have been victim of mental torture for seven years. They blame it in me.is there anyone who can listen and tell me if im wrong .my husband and son are suffering. Im so down

Hey, just so you know, you shouldn’t go through victim blaming nor be perceived negatively for being a “victim”. Whatever you went through, you shouldn’t be blamed for the experiences that were out of your control. Indeed, people can be cruel and unfair, but just know that you do deserve better. Not everything can be completely perfect, not everything can be entirely positive. But it also goes ways, not everything can be completely imperfect and not everything can be entirely negative.
