Depression and Sex addiction

@MichaelFassbender I am going to be real with you. It worked for me, but it doesn't mean it may work for you. I used to be so driven to have sex every day I ended up ruining that intimate connection when it was needed. So, what I decided is to when I wanted to have sex, I would soak in a cold bath and just watch some movies. I used to have sex every day, whenever. It all come down to a form of discipline for me. I wish there is more I can do to help. Some days i even worked out to a point where i was barley standing. 😊
