Depression on losing her

It’s been three months since she got married… three months since she walked away from an 11-year story that we built together, piece by piece, breath by breath.

Eleven years is not just time. It’s memories stitched into every corner of life. It’s growing up together, learning each other’s silences, standing side by side through storms no one else ever saw. I was there when she had nothing, when life was breaking her down, when even she doubted herself. And I was there when she rose, when she found success, when everything finally started falling into place. I wasn’t just a part of her life—I was her constant through every version of her.

And yet… when my time went wrong, when life wasn’t in my favor, when I needed her the most—she chose to leave.

Not because we didn’t have love. Not because we didn’t have history. But because something else looked easier, shinier… more comfortable. She chose physical attraction and wealth over something real, something tested by time, something that had already proven its strength again and again.

Four years we even lived together… shared the same roof, the same mornings, the same struggles, the same dreams. That kind of bond isn’t supposed to break. At least, that’s what I believed.

What hurts the most isn’t just that she left. It’s that she left when things weren’t perfect. Because love isn’t meant for perfect times—it’s meant for the worst ones. And that’s exactly when she decided I wasn’t enough.

I didn’t lose someone I loved. I lost someone I stood by for more than a decade… someone I never gave up on, even at her lowest. And somehow, I was the one who got left behind.

Maybe the truth is hard, but it’s clear now—what we built meant everything to me, but to her, it wasn’t stronger than what the world could offer.

And that’s the part that stays with me… not the memories, not even the pain—but the realization that even 11 years of real love can be replaced in a moment by something temporary.
