Difficult to describe how I feel

I feel like I have a mix of thoughts and emotions. I have low self esteem today. It feels difficult to do what I normally enjoy doing. Yesterday was my day off but I spent the day doing nothing because I had lost interest in my usual hobbies. I can’t pinpoint an exact reason why I’m feeling like this.

Would any listeners be interested in corresponding with me? I have work and school most days so I can’t typically do live chatting. I would get back to listeners when I have the time. I’m asking here since I’ve had much difficulty finding a listener.
