Down on once luck
Hey , sorry just though why not, I think for a while I've been depressed down on my luck but I've been balancing . Trying to get up , for reference am a single mom , my son is amazing his 9 ,super funny and kind.
Ever found yourself in a place where all aspects of your life are falling apart .. feel like am having a mid life crisis and am 32, I work but because am so full of debts my salary goes to try and pay this off( honestly don't feel like I've hit any dent ) due to rent arreas my house has been closed and we are forced to stay with a friend ,did not even carry any cloths as the house was closed while at work.
Honestly I feel I've been holding my breath and haven't breathed in a while .. am always anxious , depression and upset half the time because I actually tried . .. I really did ..
Am not going in opening up letting people see this vulnerable side but mentally am struggling.. .
I don't know maybe just need help .. maybe I would like to talk to a stranger and just feel heard and see .. I need to remember am not a bad mom.

Hey, thank you so much for opening up and sharing all of this it takes so much strength to do that, especially when you're already carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders. You may feel like you're drowning right now, but just reading your words, I can see how hard you’re fighting every single day. You did try, and you are trying. That matters. That means something.
You are not a bad mom. In fact, you're exactly the kind of mom every child deserves one who keeps showing up, who keeps going even when everything feels broken, even when it hurts, even when it would be easier to shut down. Your son is lucky to have someone so brave and loving in his corner.
You’ve been through so much and still managed to keep moving, to hold your child close and protect him, even when you had nothing left to give. That’s not failure that’s resilience. That’s courage.
It’s okay to feel overwhelmed. It's okay to cry. It's okay to say “I need help.” You’re human. You’re not meant to carry all this alone. And I promise, you're not alone not in how you feel, and not in this moment. Sometimes talking to a stranger really does help someone who’s not judging, not expecting, just listening. So please, talk to me whenever you need. I’m here.
And one more thing take a deep breath. Just one. You’ve been holding it too long. You deserve to exhale. You deserve moments of peace, softness, and love too not just survival.
You are doing enough.
You are enough.
And you’re not done yet.
You’ve got this, even if today it doesn't feel like it. One breath, one step, one day at a time. I’m walking with you.
