Hello everyone
So I’m honestly scared to type this but I guess I need to say it to someone. I was in a relationship for 5 years. This girl was my everything I did everything for her and her family I love her like you can’t imagine. After I voiced out my insecurities 10 minutes later she sends me a message she wanted a break but she was keeping the door open to us. 4 days later I find out she is in a whole new relationship with someone she was intimate with him and it really broke me down. I now suffer every day through depression through anxiety I cry every days when I’m alone I have no one.

Unfortunately I can relate. Gave my best, gave my life, to a woman and her family. She goes cold, changes, finds another guy, her family goes cold too.
All I can say is it seems like the end of the world for a while, but it's not. I'll even predict that someday she will regret it very much and remember back to how good of a guy she had (you) but now she is stuck with her choice. You are going to make a real woman very happy someday.
Make a list of the first names of every person in your life who has never betrayed you. Have it by your bed in the morning. Wake up and look at that list, even if it's only a couple people. Resolve that today and every day you will think only about people who have earned and kept your trust, and no one else. It will change the way you see the world, and pretty soon you will be more open to meeting new people and screening them out as soon as you see something un-trustable. You need that open space in your life to find a new woman. The way to open the space is to refuse to think anymore about anyone who has betrayed your trust. You seek out and find people, meet people, and you keep the ones who you can trust and no one else. After building some trustable friends, then a trustable woman will come along.
Thank you for your words yeah my life looks like it’s collapse all around me and I’m going to get through this I will be a strong person when I do. I definitely will try your advice, currently I’m working on picking myself up and trying to focus on the little things one thing at a time. Thank you i really needed that and I really mean it.
