Help showing empathy

I try to make it a safe place for her to talk about things like depression, anxiety, job stress. But whatever I do or say, she just says that it’s not helping. I’m just doing what is the best way to help her. I’m meeting her with compassion validating how she feels, that it’s a non-judgment safe place, and that I want to get through these things together with her.
