Hi! I’m new to 7cups. I’ve had depression along with other mental health issues for most of my life. I’m almost always feeling some kind of ‘not good’ but since Sunday I’ve been having some of the worst depression of my life. I don’t feel like myself. It pushed me to sign up and see if this helps.
