Hello I am a 26 year old person....since childhood I was a very peculiar person......under confident,terribly confused,nervous, unable to take decisions...Previously I ignored all those..But now with time,these are making me feel more and more worthless...don't know how to cope
.I feel like I am becoming a burden for everyone
