How do I be me

Sometimes I feel like I have to be less of who I am to make people happy and to make people love me and these people are my family is that the only time people love me is when I shrink myself and when I'm less of me they have let you love me too death but they don't. It's like the real me is screaming on the inside and I feel like I'm dying inside and no one can save me. I hate my life sometimes.
