I Wish the Health Assessments Let Me Go Back and Change My Answers

What's the point if I can't go back if I accidentally clicked on something that isn't even related to what I'm going through? 

I haven't been back here in a while because I wasn't getting the help I was looking for, and the minute I come back and give it another shot, something silly happens. Now, the thing thinks I have a mental health condition I don't even know if I have or not. 

Really wish it would have let me go back and correct my answer, but now I'm stuck with it along with AI knowing way too much about my traumatic past. 

So tired of trying to find a place, tools, coping mechanisms, and a will to live that works for me. I'm SO tired. Nothing works.
