I am having most painful headache on my left hand side part of brain
Please help me. I am having nearly unbearable headache which is only on one side of brain.

That might warrant a visit to your doctor and seeing if there are any medications/treatments that they can offer for you. Hoping for a speedy recovery!

The headache is 90 % gone. but sometimes it reappears again. I am feeling better now. thanks for your wishes.

I hope you will see a doctor or go to an emergency room. There are tons of reasons for a headache, most of them are not too worrisome other than the pain. Some of them can be serious. I would like to know you are okay and wish you well very quickly.
