I can't help myself getting better
I don't know, I really don't know why I'm being this weak. I know I have control over this still I'm letting myself feel all the ***, why I'm feeling the pain, just why?????
@lostinechoes sits beside you and hugs you tightly 💖 please be kind to yourself through this tough time, and remember we are here for you 💗
Thank you so much for your kind words
@lostinechoes 💖💖
If you want any sort of help from here you'll have to open up a bit. What kind of pain you're experiencing? Is it physical or mental, or that kind of emotional pain that feels physical? Or maybe all of them.
What's provoking your pain?
What's the outside triggering factor? Is there any? If so, is there someone reminding you of things that makes you feel pain? Or maybe you're forced to live with someone or work in an environment you don't like?
What the inner triggering factor? Is there any? If so, is there a memory that keep bringing up pains you're slowly getting unable to deal with?
We need informations, and you need to put things into perspective to find a solution. On this website no one will judge you, at worst they'll ignore you. If you reply to this message though i promise you that i'll reply back to you with a few days of delay at worse.
If you don't feel like opening up in here, that's fine too. And what i suggest is you to meditate on your inner issues and find the real problem, whether that is within yourself or someone or something from your surroundings.
I wish you wisdom and clarity, friend.
Both, I get triggered by others and also by my unwanted thoughts like no one values me, I'm not important to anyone. I tell myself I don't want anyone validation still I get hurt by whom i keep close to my heart.
I still don't know enough to give you a solution to your problems. But i have a suggestion that might help.
Find a passion. Doesn't mean what, but it has to be something that keeps youe mind occupied. Doesn't matter what that is. Just don't let yourself fall lower. Videogames, music, poetry, just reading oe writing. Doesn't matter. Or it can be a stuff like getting into gym or something else like karate or anything of the sort. Doesn't matter what exactly is.
I don't know your age, i don't know if you're a kid living with his parents and having inner issues that those around you can't (willingly or unwillingly) see about you, or if you're a grown up that genuinely feels down. But regardless, you need something to hang on.
In life the only true reason for someone to be depressed is to think about their own "issues". Everyone has issues, some go through bigger ones, other through smaller ones. But what people always mistakenly do is compare other's issues with their owns, thinks that if they've been able to go through "harder" situation than yours you're automatically weak for not being able to do the same.
The thing is, everyone's issues are the most difficult and harder ones to get over. But as i said earlier, we all have one thing in common. We think, and we think about our issues, this makes them more "clear", and when we begin to get ourselves into thinking that we're beginning to "have an issue", this is when things start crumbling. This is when hope gets lost. When suddenly we need others.
But others aren't always available sadly. We live in a world in which is safer to ignore someone who's hurt than help them. Which ultimately leads to people that actually need someone to understand them. But there's none...
So listen. I know it might not help. But give it a shot, maybe it'll help. Do yourself a schedule for you to follow. You could use this little app called Habitica. It's an app that helps you put reminders like washing your teeths, and it pops you a notification each time you set it to do so. Learn to have a schedule, fill your gaps. Don't let yourself think. Study, listen to music, smile, avoid contacts with people you know they're hurting you, or talk about your new hobbies. Have a diet, drink more water, maybe start chatting to an old pal from when you were younger. Try leaving your confort zone, and try to change something.
More often than not, when facing a problem, the hardest task is to identify the issue. What i'm suggesting is that, by proposing the hypothesis that something in your current lifestyle doesn't function, by making yourself get out of that confort zone and changing your lifestyle you'll be able to change what makes you sad and down the way you are.
And remember one thing. You don't need many to value you, you need only one meaningful person. Maybe you're not important to anybody. It hurts to say it out loud, but sadly, some people go through this. But maybe you're a bit to blame too. This is why you need to get out of your confort zone and do something. To make yourself shine to make it easier for people to see you and appreciate you.
Remember, you can always write on this post if you want an advice. If you reply here i'll write you back.
@lostinechoes Hey… I know this hurts. And I know you’re asking yourself why — why you’re feeling this way ,why is it so hard ,why is it so stressful , why dont i know what to do when to do, why it’s hitting you so hard, why you can’t just shut it off when you know you have control. But you know what? Just because you understand your pain doesn’t mean it stops hurting. You’re not weak — you’re just carrying something heavy, and feeling it deeply is a sign of strength, not failure. Maybe your heart is asking to be heard, not silenced. And maybe you don’t need to fix yourself right now — maybe you just need to let yourself be, without guilt or pressure. I’m here for you, in the confusion and the chaos, and I promise you’re not alone in this. You’re allowed to feel, fall apart a little, and still be worthy of peace, love, and healing. remember one thing you are not weak you are strong and i am here for you, you can text me any time and i will be there for you..... dont worry we will surely find a way to make you feel better... TOGETHER..... I TRUST YOU <3
