I can’t stop not eating

I have been fasting to the point where I have lost twenty pounds and I was only 90 pounds when I started and I can’t stop not eating because it helps me relieve stress but it’s to the point of hospitalization.

I'm really sorry about your situation I couldn't imagine
Honestly the only advice I can think to give you is you need to eat something. Is there any food you really like the taste of or that you could possibly feel better when you eat?

Idk my I just can’t ever bring myself to eat and I only do when it’s with my family and even then usually I throw up after
