a psychopath also has emotions, just less intense

they can actually be quiet empathic in understanding other peoples feelings, just less so in feeling other peoples feelings, this may lack guilt.

having these kind of traits does not automatically mean someone is dangerous, most function perfectly normally and arent neccesarily violent. they can always improve on their emotional skills.

just scoring positive on a test doesnt define who you are, its just an indicator of what things you might be good at and what things you might struggle with
