I hurt so much but can’t confide in anyone

I’ve had so many things happen recently and it’s killing me. My boyfriend left for training for the Marines and I’m so proud of him but it hurts that I can’t confide in him. My stepmom left me my sister and my dad and I found out through a social media post. I feel like my mom doesn’t enjoy talking to or spending time with me even though shes told me multiple times otherwise. School is stressing me out so much. There’s just too much and I used to be able to talk to my mom and sister but I don’t know.
