I just want someone to give me a hug
I am far from the friends and chosen family that are supportive and genuinely happy for me when I achieve and succeed at things.
Right now, I am very isolated, and stuck with some family members. I can't just leave and be somewhere else.
I know I am loved and that there are people who care for me out there, but they are all so far away and I feel so lonely and sad.
I need to know I will see them again soon and I just really want a hug.

Are their pictures on the wall? Not just on a phone or something, on your wall? Everywhere, lots of them? Their names written big where you can see them?
And maybe a big sign in the middle of it all: They chose YoU!!!!!!!!
My walls are empty. I never decorated my room. But that's a cute idea! I just can't do it because my mum will get snarky about not being on my wall and super interrogative of who I associate with.
Even though none of them are dangerous or bad people, I don't feel comfortable putting the most precious part of my life on display for scrutiny like that.

I understand... wonder if you could weave something about each of them, artiistically turn their initials into Van Gogh's "Starry Night" painting, just swirl those initials around so subtly that no one would even know that there were any letters within the swirls.... Woven into the starry night sky like they are woven into your heart and they way YOU are woven into THEIR heart, no matter if they change, if they move, if they grow, through ups and downs.... And if you like this idea, make sure that you weave YOUR initials in with all of them.
And remember... the same things that made you likeable to them, somebody, many somebodies, are not far away at all, looking forward and hoping to meet someone like you.

I like the idea of "weaving" . As you mentioned you want to avoid scrutiny. Maybe write their names on top of each other it would look like scribbles but you would know that they are there and each name written over supports the next name until you put your name on top even if you don't display it. It can help you remember you do have support just doodle it over and over as needed focus on them and how they make you feel and then the next don't listen to any hateful words or thoughts focus on the names
