I'ma mess I'm total disaster , I love my best frnd a Lot and she is the best person in my life but I always mess up I don't know how to understand her I always do something wrong that mess our bond she is tired of me I don't want that, I have no one other than her ,

I went bad in everything, just ending up destroying every relationship, specifically with my best friend

I bet that your friend also played a role in that destruction, but it is still really painful. Sometimes a healing starting point is thinking about what you might do different next time. Any ideas?
