I'm falling apart
I feel like I'm falling apart. Every day is like struggling with necessary things. I hate my job, I hate waking up, I hate myself. My fiancee decided to take a break a month ago because she no longer loves me. It broke me completely. It sucks to take antidepressants, it sucks to cry every day, it sucks to put on a smile at work. I'm tired, but there's nothing I can do.
I have been diagnosed with major depressive disorder, borderline personality disorder. I don't understand how to get along with myself.

Your pain is so real, and it’s okay to feel completely broken right now. Losing someone you love, struggling with work, and fighting those inner demons☹️—you’re carrying so much, and it’s exhausting. 🫂🫂
Diagnoses can feel like labels, but remember: they don’t define you. The fact that you’re still getting up, even when you hate it, shows a strength you might not see yet.
It’s okay to be tired of smiling when you’re hurting. You don’t have to fix everything today. Sending gentle warmth as you take it one breath at a time. 🌿
I hear you with that because I feel like my wife don’t love me no more because she feels I put my blood family first then her.. I’m an family person so I will be there if they need me.. now it’s a main thing
