Hey there, I hear you . It's frustrating yet so hard to quit internet . I understand how lost it must have made you feel once you realise it has been keeping you locked in a golden cage. It's terrifying to know that it's cutting your contacts with the world and yet you can't get away as fast as you want to. . I know it adversely effects other parts of your life , studies, family, friends..and I am so sorry you are going through this phase. But I want you to know that this too shall pass. You *can* make this better. You can . You dont have to rush or push yourself too hard. You can do it eventually , at your own pace. Please don't think that this is it , okay ? There is a beautiful future , better days . I know it might look hazy from were you stand , but things could be changed. You won't suffer forever , and small staches of happiness will come your way. 

@starrynightRen , and I don't know if you realise it , it's takes some real strength to come here and share your story and what you have been going through . I hope you know that , and you can feel Proud of yourself in future when you look back . It's okay if you can't see it that way right now , just remember its a fact.
