I'm tired

I tried a new psychiatrist after my experiences with other therapists failed. He prescribed some medication. I took it for three months, but there was no difference. I've tried many medications and therapies without success. I'm starting to lose hope. I'm starting to lose hope. I don't know how long I will continue to struggle.

🥺

It can be so tiring when things are not making a difference.

But it's important to not give up hope, it's difficult but you need to keep advocating for yourself, until something clicks for you.

Genuinely wishing you the best 🩷

Psychiatric medication isn’t magic. Most of the time, it involves a process of trial and error until you find one that fits your physiological needs.

After all, it’s an external substance entering your body with the purpose of modifying an internal factor. Sometimes it takes time; other times, it’s necessary to adjust the dosage or switch medications.

I understand that it can be frustrating and exhausting, but don’t give up. Remember that the way you see and identify yourself also plays a big role. Improvement becomes noticeable when the right medication is found, but also when the individual puts in their own effort.

If you feel comfortable sharing, what are you dealing with?
