I really need help with Postpartum depression

I haven't gone through post partum directly, but I have dealt with hormonal based depression.

Have you spoke to your doctor about it? That is always a good first step.

You can also share any of your emotions and struggles here. I know what it is like to have an infant.

They do say that in part post-partum happens to women because they are suddenly being drained of all the vitamins, etc. that their body was producing for the baby. It can be quite the adjustment. It is most certainly not your fault.@Countrycuttie1991

I’m going through it right now. You’re not alone. It has been extremely difficult and isolating feeling for me as well. I’m with you! Just know you’re not alone in this.
