What worked for me was coloured charts and stick it notes.
Breaking things down into small and manageable gunks, and taking regular breaks to listen to music and just recharge 💜💖

I try to break things down into manageable chunks and taking regular breaks but i struggle to find consistency with doing so. How long do you work each chunk? How long do you take breaks? Also it has been forever since I’ve some colorful charts lol
