I think it is possible that my depression might make people not like me.
For that reason I started reading these articles:
I could see myself in some of what I read. However I also had a hard time concentrating on what I was reading today.

Strange how that works but on the same token, the more you learn about and learn to love and self care, more people will gravitate around you. I've seen the transformation over the past 5 + years since getting on meds and therapy. My therapist pointed out that I put myself down a lot and then I began to notice and try to stop doing that and since then, I have made some very close friends. Remember those that mind, don't matter - and - those that matter don't mind. If you have bad people in your life, get new people! Have a happy and safe New Year, and learn to get out of your own way (like I had to do) No more painting muself into a corner.
Blessings, Day
@juliak1968 " If you have bad people in your life, get new people!" If that was possible for me, I would do that! But since I have too much trouble traveling and must rely on my parents, I'm stuck where I am at, and due to my learning disability I'm also stuck where I work. I can't treat my learning disability because of the other medication I am on that helps keep me alive!
