Just need some help

Depressing because I moved from Florida to Japan to play football April 9 I went to visit Florida again July 7-17 and now I’m just feeling really depressed and I cry a lot and not only that my girlfriend found out I was cheating on her with another girl so she went to cheat but we got back together now me and the other girl haven’t talked since the beginning of July and o really miss her me and my girlfriend is pretty much done but I miss the other girl and want her back I stay in Japan by myself I just been so depressed please help
