Life
It just feels like it will never get better. That I just can't figure it out.

Hello, Rewind 5 years and I was saying the same thing as you are now. But I found the secret to getting better; It's a three-way combination for me.
7 Cups + Therapy + Medications
The reason the combination works is because it's the best way to understand is by Listening to others who have been through similar things, and what it all boils down to for me is: I was lacking coping skills and focus and had too many triggers and walls so information could no longer get it. I had painted myself into a corner! First I needed to be pushed all the way to the edge of a total breakdown (Because I'm stubborn). My anxiety was terrifying for me and caused me other health problems along with other fear related problems like PTSD, and a lack of will-power because of severe depression. I got a therapist and got on meds and told myself to get out of my own way and listen to my therapist. I fully submitted to her guidance and the meds and the changes in my perception and outlook began to change. & Cups was big for me, and still is a reminder daily where I've been and how far I've progressed and now I feel better for the most part. I can now use logic to keep myself in check. Give yourself a lot of credit for reaching out to 7Cups! Here you can find several Listeners to chat with and learn from. I became a forum supporter and leader which I found gives me a healthy sense of purpose and is my daily reminder of what's important in our lives. Like self-advocacy and building up our self-esteem. Compliments builds Confidence!
Have a good safe night. Blessings and strength your way!
Ciao, Day

That is a painful feeling to have, but life is full of cycles: the wheel of life is always turning, and there is hope. Situations can change, and sometimes, clarity comes with time.
Can you think of a time when a situation felt hopeless, but later it has improved?
