Life was better before I ruined it
My mind is accusing my for my wrong decisions. It is depressing. I dont know how to stip it an move on. I am getting lots of negative emotions like hope less ness, low self esteem, uncertainty and more.
Life was better before I ruined it myself with my decisions.
Do you know how to come out of this feeling and move on towards positivity?
@FaithMonk9473 It sounds like you’re being really hard on yourself right now, and I just want to remind you that no one goes through life without making mistakes. You’re not alone in this, and you’re not defined by the choices you regret. Moving forward starts with self compassion. Try to remind yourself that you did the best you could with what you knew at the time. Instead of focusing on what went wrong, think about what you can learn from it. Growth comes from challenges, and this low point doesn’t have to be permanent. If your mind keeps bringing up negative thoughts, try to counter them with small, positive actions. Whether it’s talking to someone, journaling, or even just going outside for some fresh air, little steps can help shift your perspective. You’re still here, which means you still have a chance to rebuild and find happiness again. You got this

Thanks Ali.. it means alot to me. Yes I am going through something right now where my mind is accusing me and I am feeling weight on my heart. It feels like my eyes want to cry all the time. I am in need for emotional support group where I can be consoled.. It is a plea for support as I know only 7 cups. I don't know how to handle this emotions. I am getting flashbacks of all the good and bad times since past two years. My life was really happy before two years and in hope of something better I ruined it all together.
@FaithMonk9473 I'm really sorry you're feeling this way right now. It sounds like you're carrying a heavy emotional burden, and it’s okay to reach out for support. Flashbacks of good and bad times can be overwhelming, but please remember that the past doesn’t define who you are or who you’re going to be. You’ve already taken a big step by acknowledging your feelings, and that takes a lot of strength. You've been through tough moments, but you have the strength to keep going. You’re not alone in this.
