Lonely
Whenever I meet someone new, they like me at first but very few of the friendships actually last. They eventually end up getting tired of me. No matter how long I know them for, no matter how good I am, they just don’t make anymore time for me. They say they’re ‘busy’ but they’re just making excuses. I recently was stood up for a simple lunch with a friend for the second time. They apologized the first time but then they did it all over again. I haven’t seen them since and I don’t want to. My whole life I’ve been jerked around. I’ve never had friends that lasted long enough to actually bond with, I’ve never had a girlfriend, girls don’t even give me a chance. My experiences at this point make my life feel meaningless. It’s like having neglectful and unloving parents. My parents are good to me but my experiences have given me the same kind of pain throughout my life.

I'm really sorry to hear, you've been treated like this.
You don't deserve it.
People can be so cruel and fickle.
This reflects more on them and not on you 💜💖

Thank you. People say you're easy to talk to and give good advice. Do you know any 'remedies' for my problems? Like are there any specific kind of places for singles or do you know what class of places have people that can make more time for each other? I need some place I can make personal relationships with people and I can be more comfortable in places where people are more busy.

An art class or a dance class. Anywhere that gets you out, you need to see you have alot to offer people too 💜
I could do art class. Thanks. Still, any more options? Places like classes I’ve been in, the people still focus more on the work than getting to know each other. Are there places that are organized for people to meet?
@Naughtdogfan9
I meet people in nightclubs 🥰
After classes people often go for a drink and a chat 🥰
I just started going to these meetings for this new social group for people to connect and having the option to watch these business presentations. It seems like a good group. People open up to each other quickly. But still it’s literally been active for only two weeks. Not many people attended these meetings and they’re asking participants to help promote it so they can move to a location with more space. Do you have any promotional ideas?
@Naughtdogfan9
I hope you get more interest. You could mock up a poster and share it on social media, put them also up in places where alot of people frequent 💚🤗

Hi, DM me.
@Naughtdogfan9
Hello, I am so sorry to hear that you have not been treated well by others. You do not deserve to be treated like you have been treated.
Many people fail to put themselves in someone elses place. They would not want to be treated the way they have treated you. Their actions are not your fault.
Do you like sports such as volleyball? I know a couple who met each other while playing together on a recreation department coed volleyball team. They went for coffee after one of the games and their relationship took off from there.
If you are considering attending church (not pushing religion), there are lots of groups that people can join. Perfect way to meet others. Just thought I would offer a couple of ideas of how you could meet others.
I wish you the very best.
I’m already part of a church group but it’s too small to meet single women. However I’ve started attending random events in town like fairs and an upcoming dinner social. Can those help me find someone to start a relationship with like the volleyball couple?
I wonder if you might have a problem with being “too nice”? I learned about the deeper idea from a book “Not nice”. The point seemed to be that being your authentic self (not the more polite version created for the other person) is a base for more fulfilling relationships.
